Ware Dickensian Evening 2023
Ware Dickensian Evening is a large-scale community event bringing together local community groups and businesses, charities and crafters to kick off the Christmas period!
HIGH STREET AND BALDOCK STREET
A mixture of Community and Commercial stalls along the High Street and Baldock Street.
Space Includes:
• 3 x 3m Pitch
• Tables and Gazebos ARE NOT provided.
• This stall type DOES NOT have access to electricity or water.
If you require electricity or water, you must discuss this with the organiser by e-mailing dickensianemails@gmail.com however this is not guaranteed.
Requirements:
• All stalls must submit a Risk Assessment (link sent in confirmation e-mail) and copy of Public Liability sent to the organiser at least 2 weeks before the event.
• Food outlets must also provide an up-to-date Food Hygiene Ratings and Qualifications
Costs:
• £20.00 Community Group/Local Charity
• £40.00 Sole Trader
• £75.00 Commercial Food Stall - Alcohol not permitted on stalls on the High Street or Baldock Street
If you want more than one pitch space, you will have to book more than one ticket.
Young Enterprise should book through their coordinator as a block.
